The situation must have one of the following roadside service call-out factors: Vehicle breakdown, Flat tire, Dead battery or other similar issue that renders your vehicle immobile or unsafe to drive.
The service call out or job covers the first 30 minutes from the time our team arrives on the scene. This is to ensure that we can assist as many members as possible and respond quickly to emergencies.
You must be an auto member to qualify for the 5 free service calls. If you're not already a member, you can sign up online or by calling our customer service team.
It's important to note that the 5 free service calls are valid for one year from the date of membership activation. After the 5th service call, any additional calls will be subject to our regular service fee.
